Or-RYX provides exclusively online digital services, including but not limited to conversion rate optimization (CRO), website audits, funnel analysis, landing page optimization, UX recommendations, A/B testing strategies, and strategic growth planning. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Because all Or-RYX services are delivered digitally and involve time-based analysis, strategic work, and intellectual effort, refunds are handled under clearly defined conditions.

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • If the service was paid for but was not delivered at all due to a verified technical or operational error on our side
  • If the client did not receive any service materials (documents, reports, recordings, or access) within the stated delivery timeframe and the issue could not be resolved
  • If the payment was duplicated (charged more than once for the same service)
  • If the service was canceled by Or-RYX before any work, analysis, or preparation had begun

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:

  • If the service has already been started, partially delivered, or fully delivered
  • If the client changes their mind after purchase or decides they no longer need the service
  • If the client disagrees with the strategic recommendations, analysis results, or conclusions, as CRO and advertising optimization involve professional judgment rather than guaranteed outcomes
  • If the client expected specific conversion numbers, revenue increases, or business results not explicitly guaranteed
  • If the service outcome does not meet subjective expectations related to style, tone, or interpretation
  • If the client fails to provide required access, data, or information necessary to complete the service
  • If delays occur due to the client’s lack of response, incomplete information, or postponed communication

Important notes regarding digital consulting services:

  • All Or-RYX services are intangible, customized, and knowledge-based, and therefore cannot be “returned” once delivered
  • Strategic documents, audits, recommendations, and plans are considered consumed upon delivery
  • Results depend on implementation, market conditions, traffic quality, and factors outside Or-RYX control

Refund request process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact form or email
  • Requests must include the order reference and a clear explanation of the issue
  • Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and transparency

Refund processing:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take several business days
  • No additional fees are charged by Or-RYX for approved refunds
